The hotel is in a great and fantastic location and fairly clean. Bright and clean rooms with terrace and a storage. Particularly good bathroom, soft bed. The understanding and nice staff and their quick responses to my needs. Location near buses at the Schloss as well as the center of Darmstadt. Also, right in the centre of town. The nicest place to stay when traveling to Darmstadt.

The location was great and incredible yet it was a short walk to downtown area, just 5 minutes by foot. The best thing was how pleasant and polite the staff were. The room we had included a storage and radiator.

Everything in the hotel was immaculately clean and well-maintained. the breakfast offered was absolutely fantastic, providing great value for the price.

I had a wonderful Christmas stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center and bus station. It was so convenient for shopping and exploring the vibrant neighborhood. the staff was kind and responsive, making my stay even more enjoyable. I also loved the fact that the hotel offered a delicious breakfast and a relatively fair price. the internet connection was quite good, despite some previous reviews I had read, which was a pleasant surprise.

the entrance illumination was quite defective at night, which made it difficult to find the entrance when arriving late. It took me a bit of time to locate the door in the darkness.

Mind-blowing location, just 350m from the city center and public transportation hub. Super clean room with comfortable beds, and jaw-droppingly delicious breakfast. The hotel has a warm and inviting atmosphere, offering free-wifi in public areas, a fantastic leisure/TV room, and even allows pets. Non-smoking rooms are available too. I would definitely stay here again!

I had a great stay at a centrally located hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I loved the character and decor. The breakfast, though limited, was more than enough to start my day. The staff were friendly and tried their best to help with any issues. I would recommend this hotel.

The rooms at Hotel Ernst Ludwig were cozy and comfortable, making me feel right at home. The private bathrooms were a nice touch too. As a low-budget traveler, I appreciated the value for money.

The only downside for me was the lack of a mini-fridge in the room. But hey, that's just my personal preference.
